With every pool that we design and construct, we will professionally project manage all elements of the project to ensure that all labour, materials and tasks are completed in the correct order and compliant with all regulations.
Large Pool Projects
Depending on the size of the project and requirements of the client, a large project may only need our services for project management. Dynamic Pools will work closely with your builder, architect, property manager and trade contractors to oversee and coordinate the project from start to finish.
One Point of Contact
The advantage of having Dynamic Pools project manage your commercial pool project is that there is only one point of contact for the client. Our role is coordinate every aspect of the construction and deal with any problems that arise. Progress reports are provided to the client and all deadlines are met.
