Dynamic Pools is a reputable pool construction company with a team of experienced pool builders that have a total combined pool building experience of more than 160 years between them.
While every staff member plays a key role in the performance of every contract, John Meli is a ‘hands-on’ manager, working side by side with builders and contractors in the actual construction of the pools as well as diligently overseeing administration matters and servicing customers.
He has designed, constructed and maintained swimming pools throughout Perth and surrounding districts, as well as in regional areas of WA and in NSW for both the commercial and domestic industry. He has project managed various projects, managed staff and completed works to specific time-frames. He has engaged staff, particularly sub-contractors to conduct works, and supervised Contractors, in the construction of structures in both steel and concrete.
As an advocate for quality, he has supervised work standards to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia. He has worked along-side Engineers, Architects, Site Managers, Supervisors and Tradesmen. He has extensive knowledge of concrete and water retaining structures and is able to read engineers plans and follow detail.
John has an established reputation for being able to design and construct complex pools, water parks and complex filtration systems, catering for domestic and commercial sized projects. He has supervised the construction of large-scale plant rooms, large buildings and structures including major projects for resorts.
With so many years experience in the pool industry and a demonstrated track record of constructing quality commercial and residential pools, John also provides a consultancy service to architects, planners and local governments to scope for tenders and design custom pools.
Brendan has had 17 years experience in the construction of civil and commercial concrete structures and swimming pools.
Shane has been a qualified commercial plumber for over 12 years with 10 years experience in pool water treatment facilities for commercial aquatic facilities. He also has experience in swimming pool and plant room construction.
Nigel has over 30 years experience in hard landscaping works and has been working with Dynamic Aquatics for the last 8 years providing our customers with all paving and pool tiling requirements.
Molly is a bright and enthusiastic member of our team and keeps the office running efficiently. She has a diverse background in retail, customer service and is a trainee nurse.
Sue is a Chartered Accountant with over 28 years experience both in the accounting profession and in commerce. Sue has been administering Dynamic Aquatics projects for 8 years.
John has more than 35 years experience in marketing and business management. John has a Bachelor of Commerce degree specialising in Marketing and has held the senior positions of Marketing Director and General Manager with multinational companies in the tourism and FMCG industries. He has also operated Commercial Pools, a Business Consultancy and consulted to Local Governments.
Cameron is a keen worker who is learning quickly. He has established himself well within our organisation and is an asset to our business.
