Friendly, tidy and above all professional I wanted to let you know how happy my family and I are with the pool you recently built for us. We were quite apprehensive going into this project as we had heard all sorts of stories about dodgy pool builders, cost overruns and messy site work. The fact I work away frequently and would not be available to provide input was also a concern for me and to my wife Danielle who would be required to relay the progress. I needn’t have worried. You and your team have made this experience very easy for us. Your team was friendly, tidy and above all professional. I made some changes to the original plan just before site works commenced and you happily included these with no fuss. Your flexibility with these changes was greatly appreciated. On a few occasions I made inquiries regarding aspects of the work to which you promptly replied and, where necessary, dropped by to explain in more detail. At no time did you make me feel that I was burdening you with unnecessary questions or wasting your time. My only complaint is the amount of time I have to spend outside supervising my normally house bound and sedate children, not to mention all their newly acquired friends.
